One more small step closer to completion of what has turned out to be a massive project. Look out for another update soon, maybe even tomorrow if I get into my stitching mojo again!

GARDE....

Almost a Fairy Garden, I'll try to get this one finished this weekend though I seem to have volunteered for a rather long walk around Aldermaston and surrounding countryside this weekend!!!

Feeling under the weather today hence sitting on my backside and stitching some :)

Yesterday I didn't do any stitching at all

I did do some frogging but I still haven't finished going back far enough to correct a mistake I made. This was on the Emperor Penguins and now I know why it got put aside for a different project!!!!

Ah well perhaps tonight I can get it to the point where I can stitch on it. And I hear you asking.... Penguins? what happened to the Fairies? Well I fancied a change.

Actually what I wanted was to start a new project and this was the next best thing. I'll be back and ready to attack the fairies with zest and enthusiasm again shortly and I'm sure it will be finished.

Back to work and Day 5 tallies

I am back to work today, feeling much better though still decidedly husky ;) Stitching is going to be much slower from now on as I won't have the time or the excuse to sit down and rest now.

Finished the A and part of the G in Garden.

A day at home...

And the vast majority of it spent sleeping, with housework between naps when I had some energy.

But guess what time it is now? It's stitching time!!! And it's a stitchathon so I'm counting my stitches and minutes :) An update later or tomorrow on my progress ...

Sits down with the Fairy Garden RR with the aim of finishing at least one flower tonight.

Fairy Garden RR

Here's an update on the Fairy Garden RR after another 5 hours. Slowly plodding through this one and hoping to see it finished by the end of the year.

I was informed yesterday that I can't start another project until I've finished at least two!!! Which is better than the self-inflicted "Can't start anything new until I've only got four WIPs" that I've been working towards the last couple of years. I know which plan I prefer...
